Tasting Notes: A pleasant, sweet wood and slightly earthy aroma on the nose. On the palate,smoky, wood flavors are mixed with a pleasant bitter, sweet and salty bite and notes of rye,chocolate and warm spice. 

Ingredients: Water, rhubarb, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, oak, rye malt, ginger, blackpepper), extracts made from vodka (almond, cinnamon, rosemary, habanero), sea wort, sea salt anddistillates from rosemary, clove and cinnamon

Dark, intense and complex, Gnista is referred to as the next generation non-alcoholic spirit by founder ErikaOllén. 

Made by hand in small batches in Kristianstad, an hour from Malmo, a unique combination of traditional spiritmaking techniques (including maceration, barrel aging, distillation, filtration and proprietary extractions) andstate-of-the-art technology are used. The result is the first non-alcoholic spirit which resembles the flavordepth, complexity and intensity of alcohol.
