Floral Wormwood, Gnista’s first expression, is full of green herbs, citrus, floral notes and spice. 

Tasting Notes: Strong and complex like an amaro. Bittersweet, citrus, floral, salty, herbal. Wonderfulanise, orange and rhubarb flavors. 

Ingredients: Water, rhubarb, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, ginger, oak, wormwood,chamomile, black pepper, lovage), various infusions (almond, orange, oregano, juniper, stair anise,habanero), sea salt and distillates from botanicals (orange peel, star anise, juniper, rose)

Gnista (Swedish for “spark”) was born out of the sense that people deserve something better.

Dark, intense and complex, Gnista is referred to as the next generation non-alcoholic spirit by founder ErikaOllén.

Made by hand in small batches in Kristianstad, an hour from Malmo, a unique combination of traditional spiritmaking techniques (including maceration, barrel aging, distillation, filtration and proprietary extractions) andstate-of-the-art technology are used. The result is the first non-alcoholic spirit which resembles the flavordepth, complexity and intensity of alcohol.
