Elegant, dry and healthy alcohol-free drinks, mirroring the generosity and flavour complexity of fine wine. Based on a core of organic apple cider vinegar blended with the finest fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and flowers.
Each tasting box contains 9 x 30ml bottles. 2 bottles each of Jukes 1/2/6/8 and 1 bottle of Jukes 5.
Each bottle is good for 2 serves of wine glasses. Jukes is meant to be mixed with chilled still, sparkling or tonic water. This means that each box is 18 serves of wine glasses (150ml), which equates to about 3.5 wine bottles (750ml).
Jukes is non-alcoholic and vegan friendly. It is made with organic apple cider vinegar blended with fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and flowers to mirror the flavour complexity of wine.

Jukes 8 - The ‘Rosé’ Jukes 8 is Matthew Jukes’ take on a modern rosé, with a nod to the hallmarks and historical triggers of some of his favourite Provençal wines. Inspired by the food, wine and countryside of Provence and the Mediterranean coastline through a delicate layering of fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. This is perfumed, delicate and refreshingly crisp with a firm dry and long finish.
Key ingredients - melon, watermelon, cucumber, pear, raspberry, apple and rhubarb.*
Jukes 1 - The ‘Rich White’ Jukes 1 refers to the first recipe that was created on the Jukes project. It is based on the flavours of a multitude of different white wine styles.Centred around a stone fruit, citrus and fresh herb theme - aromatic, uplifting and dry. Built on a theme of peach blossom, refreshing cucumber, top quality plums, tart apples and pineapple husk with a long, tart, lemon zest-tinged finish.
Key ingredients - peach, cucumber, plum, apple and pineapple.
Jukes 5 - The ‘Crisp White’ A precise blending of citrus fruits (lemon, pear, gooseberry and grapefruit) as well as green apple and cucumber together with a discreet level of spice that gently pricks the senses. Key ingredients - lemon, pear, green apple, cucumber, gooseberry and grapefruit.*
Jukes 2 - The ‘Bright Red’ Jukes 2 refers to the second recipe that was created on the Jukes project. Drawing its inspiration from the flavours of a multitude of different light red wines which match so well to the dishes drawn from a classic Autumnal kitchen. The main flavour themes are layers of red fruit and hedgerow notes coupled with a faint smokiness. Built on a precise blending of different fruits (cranberry, sour cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, red apple), earthy vegetables and warming spices. Key ingredients - cranberry, sour cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, raspberry and red apple.
Jukes 6 - The ‘Deep Red’ A lusty red, built on a theme of black and earthier fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, red fruit and plum) and deeply flavoured spices with a mellow, long, savoury finish. Key ingredients - blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry and plum.
Easy to serve Take a large wine glass, pour 125ml of chilled still, sparkling or tonic water. Pour in half a bottle of Jukes and swirl. Adjust by adding more Jukes or water to taste.
Health at Jukes Each bottle of Jukes contains nearly a full tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. So drinking a Jukes every day, like the proverbial “apple a day”, is an extraordinarily tasty, deeply pleasurable way to consume one’s apple cider vinegar!
